Why you will love this opportunity as a Regional Key Account Manager at Civica

As Regional Key Account Manager within Civica's Local Government business, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts building the executive relationships, growth plans and commercial strategy that keep Civica front of mind as the trusted partner helping Local Government deliver better outcomes for their communities.

This isn't a maintain-and-manage role. It's a build, grow and lead role for someone who wants real accountability over a region, not just a slice of it.

What you will do to be successful in this role

  • Owning key accounts - accountable end-to-end for relationship strength, growth and retention across your patch
  • Building account plans that mean something - grounded in a clear understanding of each client's objectives
  • Hunting new business - identifying and developing Enterprise and multi-solution (MSA) opportunities across the portfolio
  • Growing digital partnerships - that support regional growth and better customer outcomes
  • Defining how Civica wins -  in Local Government and Regulated markets, regionally
  • Bringing thought leadership - to customers, partners and colleagues — not just product pitches
  • Reading the room (and the data) - tracking customer sentiment and turning insight into retention and growth activity

Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Local Government and regulated markets
  • Strategic account growth, retention and expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling
  • Executive stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Proven ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
