About the Role

Workday is seeking a finance professional to join the EMEA Sales Finance team as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will enable data-driven decisions by providing financial and operational analytics and forecasting, benchmarks, insights and recommendations. We’re looking for someone meticulous about drilling down and understanding data, a self starter, a phenomenal communicator, and someone who enjoys collaborating with diverse and talented people. This role will lead several individual contributors and will report to the EMEA Director of Finance.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Strategy, or Operations.

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Other Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex topics and data into clear and concise actionable insights.

  • Financial modeling experience & analytical skills with a focus on building scalable, repeatable tools & processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to understand the business beyond finance, and strong ability to think strategically.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS key performance indicators and metrics, and their application to financial reporting, planning and forecasting.

  • Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.

  • Positive, self-starter attitude with an eagerness to learn and improve.

  • Focus on managing and developing team skills and capabilities.

  • Knowledge of Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning a plus.
