Lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for payroll products, focusing on launching AI/agentic innovations. Conduct market and competitor research using AI insights, partner with Product and Sales to translate features into buyer value, and produce sales/marketing assets, presentations, and analyst materials to drive global alignment and enablement.

Lead and coordinate Workday's efforts with strategic clients, fostering C-level relationships and ensuring customer success through collaborative roadmaps and service delivery.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Payroll for UK & Ireland, act as trusted advisor, gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, deliver knowledge transfer, and provide post-production support while collaborating with cross-functional consulting teams.

Designs, develops, and deploys Workday Extend applications for customers, leading discovery sessions, producing documentation, and ensuring efficient technical designs.

Provide full life-cycle functional consulting for Workday VNDLY: gather requirements, configure and test VMS/ATS integrations, run demos, support deployments, mentor junior consultants, coordinate with technical teams, and report project status. Up to 25% travel; customer-facing role.

Lead day-to-day delivery and deployment of the VNDLY application for global customers. Manage mid-to-large SaaS deployments, enforce governance, run workstreams, resolve complex issues, advise leadership, manage budgets/resources, and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Partner with EMEA Marketing to deliver advisory analytics: synthesize data, run ad-hoc investigations, advise on marketing strategy, build an analytics portfolio, and drive insights to maximize conversion, pipeline impact, and business performance.

The role involves demonstrating HCM solutions to new customers, assisting sales in closing opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. Pre-sales expertise and functional knowledge of HR systems are essential.
