Own end-to-end enterprise customer engagements for Sana, leading complex AI platform implementations from discovery and solution design through launch and optimization. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, partners, and cross-functional resources. Engage executive stakeholders, facilitate steering committees, track adoption and success metrics, guide change management, and identify expansion opportunities. Translate business requirements into scalable implementation plans while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Solution Engineering, and customer teams.

Leads customer-facing design and delivery of Workday Extend applications, agents, orchestrations, and integrations for EMEA customers. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, architecture, API and data-flow implementation, AI-assisted development, technical workstream leadership, design reviews, mentoring, and advising customers on secure adoption of Workday AI capabilities.

Leads complex end-to-end Workday Financial Management implementations across UKI. Owns finance workstreams, facilitates requirements and solution design workshops, configures Workday Financials, leads testing and go-live activities, advises finance executives, supports sales and pre-sales efforts, mentors consultants, and applies AI-enabled approaches to improve financial processes.

Delivers pre-sales presentations, demonstrations, workshops, seminars, and proof-of-concept solutions for Workday’s HCM products. Partners with account executives to discover customer needs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, qualify prospects, resolve product questions, and support sales closures. Builds trusted relationships with customer stakeholders while applying HCM and industry expertise across retail, hospitality, and transportation accounts.

Lead and coordinate Workday's efforts with strategic clients, fostering C-level relationships and ensuring customer success through collaborative roadmaps and service delivery.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Sana’s AI products, from prospecting and opportunity development through solution shaping and closing. Build self-sourced pipeline, exceed sales quotas, assess markets, engage C-level executives, and close $10K–$100K ACV deals. Partner with product, engineering, and strategy teams to address customer needs across industries and geographies. German fluency and professional English are required.

Provides customer-facing Workday consulting through configuration guidance, troubleshooting, feature demonstrations, presentations, tenant reviews, optimization packages, and feature deployments. Advises customers on Workday Financials Reporting, helps drive feature adoption, delivers configuration and business requirements reviews, and contributes to new customer enablement programs. Maintains Workday expertise and certifications while managing multiple engagements and communicating complex technical concepts clearly.

Designs, develops, and deploys Workday Extend applications for customers, leading discovery sessions, producing documentation, and ensuring efficient technical designs.

Provide post-go-live micro-consulting to accelerate Workday feature adoption using Prism Analytics and Workday reporting. Troubleshoot configurations, deliver demos and webinars, perform tenant reviews, provide one-on-one guidance, and support deployments while maintaining product expertise and certifications.
