Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Payroll for UK & Ireland, act as trusted advisor, gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing, deliver knowledge transfer, and provide post-production support while collaborating with cross-functional consulting teams.

Serve as a trusted Workday advisor delivering micro-consulting, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, tenant reviews, and deployment services to drive feature adoption and customer value.

Designs, develops, and deploys Workday Extend applications for customers, leading discovery sessions, producing documentation, and ensuring efficient technical designs.

Provide post-go-live micro-consulting to accelerate Workday feature adoption using Prism Analytics and Workday reporting. Troubleshoot configurations, deliver demos and webinars, perform tenant reviews, provide one-on-one guidance, and support deployments while maintaining product expertise and certifications.

Deliver post-Go-Live micro-consulting for Workday customers focused on Adaptive Planning and workforce planning. Provide configuration guidance, troubleshooting, data integration support between Adaptive Planning and HCM, build financial models, reports and dashboards, deliver presentations/webinars, perform tenant reviews, and drive feature adoption and deployments.

Deliver short‑scope consulting to accelerate Workday Financials adoption: troubleshoot configuration, provide design guidance and demonstrations, review tenants for adoption opportunities, create customer presentations, and support deployments and feature accelerators.
