This is a pivotal role within the Sweaty Betty Finance team, providing comprehensive support as we integrate systems and processes with our parent company, Wolverine Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Finance Project Team: Act as a core member, ensuring deadlines are met, attending key meetings, and executing necessary actions.
  • Data and Reporting: Lead the reporting workstream, ensuring alignment with Wolverine requirements and reconciling changes to Sweaty Betty processes.  Working with Finance Team to support on any changes as required. 
  • FP&A Support: Assist the FP&A team by delivering presentations for internal purposes, corporate forecasts, earnings calls, and board meetings.
  • Commercial Finance Support: Aid the Commercial Finance team in decision-making, including support for month-end reporting.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the SVP Finance as needed.
     

The Must Haves

  • Fully Qualified Accountant with PQE from a commercial finance setting
  • Strong desire to work in a dynamic global activewear business
  • Strong attention to detail and analytics skills (Microsoft Excel), with experience of preparing analysis, insight and recommendations
  • A naturally curious and engaging individual, who can step back and consider the bigger picture
  • Ability to embrace Ambiguity and adapt methods of thinking with a Can do’ and positive attitude
  • Be an engaged, enthusiastic go-to member of the Sweaty Betty Finance team
