We are recruiting for individuals to join our global Pre-Award Feasibility group as a Senior / Feasibility Strategy Leader. The team is open to candidates with experience working across all phases of clinical trial feasibility. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Feasibility, this position can be homebased in the EMEA region.

The Senior / Feasibility Strategy Leader functions as a key contributor to the proposal team to support Parexel in winning new business. They are responsible to deliver, in collaboration with Patient Recruitment Strategy (PRS) and Site Alliance (SA) groups, an optimized integrated strategic approach to deliver the right countries, right sites, and right patients for Request for Proposals (RFPs) on all types and phases of studies including programs. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and time management skills, to ensure completion of all deliverables within required timelines meeting proposal team needs. Strong analytical and writing skills are a pre-requisite to the job to allow the Senior FSL to fully adopt a consistent data-driven approach to feasibility and deliver clear, concise, selling proposal texts.

You will need:

  • Ideally Educated to at least Bachelor of Science level or Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Masters, MD, PhD
  • Relevant clinical research experience in management of international clinical trials
  • Prior project leadership, or site-based study coordination experience
  • Demonstrated expertise of feasibility requirements
  • Previous exposure to development of clinical trial strategy, modeling of enrolment scenarios and selection of country/sites.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Extensive prioritization skills; must be able to resolve conflicting priorities to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to details
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, and ability to influence others
  • Creative problem-solving skills, which supports client-focused approach to work
