Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Search Associate to join our in-house talent acquisition team covering Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior revenue producing roles within our organization. This position requires an understanding of the Financial Services sector, strong research capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior level candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and engage potential candidates for executive-level positions, focusing on revenue-producing roles across Banking, Payments, and Securities Services.
- Attend interviews with executive-level candidates alongside Executive Search and Recruitment Leads.
- Play an integral role in the end-to-end search process for executive talent across CIB.
- Prepare detailed candidate profiles and reports for internal review and presentations to senior hiring managers.
- Work closely with Executive Search and Recruitment Leads to deliver against business needs.
- Develop and maintain an executive engagement strategy to build long-term relationships with talent.
- Collaborate with HR Advisory, Compensation, Global Mobility, and other HR teams globally.
- Utilize research tools and databases for industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain awareness of key executive moves, company realignments, industry conferences, and diversity organizations for networking opportunities.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-up activities with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field within Banking or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior-level professionals globally.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in research tools, databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize complex information.
- Creative in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates.
- Diligent in written communications and candidate interactions.
- Credible with executive-level candidates and leaders, with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Politically savvy, able to navigate complex environments with conflicting priorities.
