  • Establishing forecasting and reporting frameworks, tracking key metrics (e.g. CAC, ROAS and LTV) to measure success.
  • Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation across digital channels.
  • Owning day-to-day management of the digital marketing budget to ensure effective allocation and ROI accountability.
  • Championing innovation, testing new platforms, technologies and creative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.

What you’ll need

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience in managing review sites and affiliate strategies to drive quality leads.
  • High proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and campaign management tools.
  • To be strategic and hands-on, able to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
