We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Digital Marketing Senior Manager CHC to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the Director of Digital and eCommerce Consumer Healthcare and be a member of the Commercial CHC team.

The core responsibility of the of Global Digital Marketing Senior Manager CHC is to be responsible for elevating our brand presence and consumer experience across all digital touchpoints and markets. You will lead the development and execution of data-driven, AI-powered digital and media strategies that align with brand objectives, maximize campaign performance, and deliver measurable business growth. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing automation, testing, personalization at scale, and advanced ad funnel sequencing, while leveraging data management to optimize the full consumer decision journey and path to purchase.

This will be a permanent role.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Campaign Media Management & Performance
• Design, implement, and optimize global digital media campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximizing ROI.
• Oversee campaign performance, leveraging advanced analytics, attribution models, and AI-powered insights to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class media planning, buying, and execution.

Digital Strategy & Transformation
• Drive the implementation of a global digital strategy, ensuring integration into strategic planning and adaptation by local markets.
• Champion the use of AI and automation tools to streamline campaign management, enable rapid testing, and deliver personalized experiences at scale.
• Ensure digital marketing and media strategies are performance-driven and compliant with healthcare regulations.

AI-Driven Automation, Testing & Personalization
• Implement AI and machine learning solutions for audience segmentation, dynamic content delivery, and automated campaign optimization.
• Drive continuous A/B and multivariate testing across the full funnel to improve conversion rates and inform data-driven decisions.
• Deploy personalization engines to deliver relevant, compliant content and experiences tailored to individual consumer profiles and stages in the journey.
• Ad Funnel Sequencing & Consumer Journey Orchestration
• Architect and manage sophisticated ad funnel strategies, ensuring seamless sequencing of messaging and touchpoints throughout the consumer decision journey.
• Utilize data and AI to map, analyze, and optimize the path to purchase, identifying key moments to influence behavior and improve outcomes.

Data Management & Full-Funnel Analytics
• Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of first-, second-, and third-party data to gain a holistic view of consumer behavior across all digital channels.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to visualize and optimize the full funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention.
• Ensure data quality, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and accessibility for all digital marketing initiatives.

Digital Operations & Innovation
• Support the development and management of digital consumer engagement platforms (websites, social, eCommerce, etc.), ensuring content and experiences are optimized for every stage of the consumer journey.
• Stay at the forefront of digital marketing and media innovation, identifying and implementing emerging technologies and best practices.
• Foster a culture of agility, test-and-learn, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building
• Guide, challenge, and support markets to execute digital plans with excellence, sharing best practices and learnings across regions.
• Mentor and upskill teams on digital media, AI, and data-driven marketing, building a consumer-centric, performance-driven organization.
• Manage key strategic partners (Google, Meta, Amazon, Salesforce, agencies, etc.) and foster strong external networks to complement internal capabilities.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, Online Media, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, SEO/SEM, online advertising, and digital measurement in a highly regulated (healthcare) environment.
• Deep expertise in campaign media management, performance analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing platforms, automation tools, and personalization engines.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills; ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Track record of driving digital transformation, managing cross-functional teams, and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• International experience, ideally with a focus on Europe and complex, multi-market environments.
• Fluent in English.
