Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager you will lead and deliver the digital marketing strategy for Ohme - spanning acquisition, engagement, retention and growth. You will oversee and optimise our digital ecosystem (paid media, SEO/organic, CRM/lifecycle, analytics) and collaborate across functions to ensure digital marketing is a key growth engine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, own and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, SEO, CRM and lifecycle channels.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives, optimising CAC, CLV, ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Lead the planning, production and execution of demand generation campaigns (digital-first) including campaign creative, channel strategy, landing pages, tracking.
  • Oversee content strategy and social/organic growth to raise brand visibility, drive engagement and support acquisition.
  • Lead CRM, automation and lifecycle programmes to improve adoption, retention and overall customer lifetime value.
  • Use data, analytics and reporting to provide insights, recommend improvements, and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, Partnerships, Operations) to align marketing activities with business goals and partner priorities.
  • Manage and mentor more junior digital marketing team members or external agencies as required.
  • Continuously test, iterate and optimise campaigns, channels and creative to maximise performance and scale.


Who you are

  • Proven track record (typically 5-7+ years) in digital and performance marketing leadership, ideally in a B2C and/or partner-channel environment.
  • Strong analytical capability - able to manage and optimise for CAC, CLV, ROI, pipeline metrics.
  • Hands-on experience across paid acquisition platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), SEO/organic, marketing automation/CRM tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience building and scaling digital marketing programmes in a fast-growing environment (scale-up preferred).
  • Excellent project-management and prioritisation skills; adept at managing multiple campaigns, channels and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can combine big-picture vision with executional rigor.
  • Comfortable working in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment; adaptable and driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and present to senior stakeholders.
