Do you have a talent for building strong relationships and a sharp eye for detail? We are seeking a Senior Credit Controller to join our credit control team, driving enhancements in billing accuracy, cash collection, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

This is your chance to work cross-functionally with different departments, and make a real impact on the financial health of the business.

  • Managing your own ledger.
  • Building great relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Driving improvements in billing processes and cash collection..
  • Training and onboarding new team members.
  • Ensuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reduced.
  • Preparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIs.
  • Overseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offs.
  • Providing support to the Sales Ledger Manager by serving as the primary contact for escalated queries and offering team assistance during peak periods and staff absences.
