We’re looking for a Product Owner who can act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams— someone who can turn complex workflows into sleek, high-impact solutions. You’ll work side-by-side with traders, quants, and engineers to bring innovation to life and power smarter, faster decisions across commodities markets. Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
  • Ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value and regulatory compliance.
  • Own and manage the product backlog with clear list of initiatives, deliverables, epics and stories
  • Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Development Teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Maintain a detailed execution plan for all deliverables with lowest level of granularity tracking originally committed date, current target date, RAG status and status commentary
  • Understand system architecture, data flows, and integration points across front-to-back systems.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and release sign-off to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Gather user feedback to identify and prioritize enhancements thus encouraging a continuous improvement culture within the product and delivery teams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, review, and retrospective participation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent as Product Owner, Product Manager or BAPM in Sell Side or Buy Side firms in Global Markets Business
  • Experience in Trade Capture, Lifecycle and Risk in one or more asset classes
  • Demonstrable experience in running complex F2B projects with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office
  • Strong Communicator with good attention to detail
  • Ability to context switch between multiple initiatives

  • Technical expertise in Python
