Job Description

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a client-facing position where you will lead projects, provide regulatory advice, and support the development of junior team members while contributing to a growing and dynamic business line.

What you'll do

  • You will manage and develop client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and delivering ongoing compliance support
  • You will lead and deliver client projects including compliance monitoring reviews, AML projects, regulatory change initiatives, and FCA mock visits
  • You will provide expert regulatory advice, draft and review policies, procedures, and reports, and support RegData filings and compliance documentation
  • You will design and implement risk-based monitoring programmes and ensure all compliance deliverables meet regulatory standards
  • You will support and mentor junior team members while contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge development, and business growth

Qualifications

  • You have experience in financial services, ideally within compliance consulting or a regulated environment
  • You have strong knowledge of FCA regulations, including AIFMs, MiFIDPRU, and the FCA Handbook
  • You have a practical understanding of asset management, investment banking, or related sectors
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver solutions to clients
  • You are degree educated or hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI), with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office tools
