Lead depositary oversight for investment fund clients, managing client relationships and a team. Ensure regulatory compliance across asset verification, cash monitoring, onboarding, reporting and breach resolution while coordinating with Compliance, third parties and senior stakeholders to drive operational excellence and governance.

Manage day-to-day private equity fund clients: review financial statements and disclosures, verify investor drawdown and distribution calculations, communicate cash movements to investors, and oversee preparation and delivery of client reporting and timetables.

Lead client-facing compliance engagements: manage relationships, deliver regulatory advice, oversee compliance monitoring, AML and regulatory change projects, draft policies and filings, design risk-based monitoring, and mentor junior team members while supporting business growth.

Manage end-to-end UK payrolls for multiple clients, handling RTI/HMRC submissions, statutory payments/deductions, onboarding, starters/leavers, and client queries while ensuring compliance and process improvement.
