Lead global operations transformation: define and execute multi-year roadmaps, select and deploy fund administration and workflow platforms, drive automation and AI adoption, manage platform owners, support M&A due diligence and post-merger integration to improve scalability, efficiency and client outcomes.

Provide strategic legal advice to UK & Ireland businesses, lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, advise on regulated financial services (fund administration, AIFM, depositary, fiduciary, outsourcing), support transactions, restructurings, governance, regulatory engagements, disputes, and develop legal team capabilities and contracting best practices.

Manage day-to-day private equity client accounting, review financial statements and working papers, verify investor drawdown and distribution calculations, communicate cash movements to investors, and oversee client deliverables and timetables while mentoring junior team members.

Lead client-facing compliance projects and provide regulatory advice across AML, regulatory change, monitoring reviews and FCA mock visits. Draft and review policies, design risk-based monitoring programmes, support RegData filings, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members while contributing to business growth.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modelling to support strategic planning and commercial decisions. Partner with senior Finance, Commercial and Operations stakeholders across EMEA to produce executive reporting, scenario analyses, business cases and performance insights that drive revenue, margins and operational efficiency.

Oversee end-to-end delivery and control of Annex IV and other regulatory reporting across clients. Manage workflows, quality controls, escalations, stakeholder coordination, continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and provide management reporting and risk updates.
