Manages day-to-day relationships with private equity and other fund clients; reviews financial statements and fund accounting activities; oversees investor drawdowns, distributions, and cash movements; coordinates reporting deliverables and compliance; resolves issues; mentors team members; and supports process improvements and risk reduction.

Own the strategic development and roadmap of the Yardi platform, focusing on client onboarding, migrations, functionality, and solution design. Lead requirements gathering, risk assessment, testing, training, implementation, and transition activities. Serve as the Yardi subject matter expert, partner with global stakeholders and clients, manage strategic initiatives, support sales conversations, and continuously improve platform capabilities and processes.

Leads IQ-EQ’s global private credit and debt sales strategy, driving client acquisition, cross-selling, revenue growth, pricing, profitability, and commercial collaboration across jurisdictions. Develops market propositions, manages Tier 1 client relationships, oversees pipeline conversion, supports loan administration partnerships and technology enhancements, and coordinates thought leadership and marketing initiatives. Requires deep debt and credit sector expertise, senior commercial leadership experience, and knowledge of alternative investment funds, regulatory environments, origination, loan administration, and securitisation.

Leads the EMEA Credit Control function, setting strategy, governance, policies, and operating standards. Builds and manages a high-performing multinational team, drives implementation of technology-enabled credit control solutions, and partners with finance leaders, client teams, and clients on escalations and debt resolution. Improves cash collection, working capital, lock-up days, and debtor risk management through reporting, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Provide strategic legal advice to UK & Ireland businesses, lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements, advise on regulated financial services (fund administration, AIFM, depositary, fiduciary, outsourcing), support transactions, restructurings, governance, regulatory engagements, disputes, and develop legal team capabilities and contracting best practices.
