Leads the EMEA Credit Control function, setting strategy, governance, policies, and operating standards. Builds and manages a high-performing multinational team, drives implementation of technology-enabled credit control solutions, and partners with finance leaders, client teams, and clients on escalations and debt resolution. Improves cash collection, working capital, lock-up days, and debtor risk management through reporting, process standardization, and continuous improvement.

Supports private equity, real estate, credit, and debt fund clients through fund accounting, financial statement preparation, investor reporting, transaction review, and cash movement communications. Manages client relationships, coordinates deliverables and deadlines, resolves issues, and contributes to process improvement and risk reduction while applying UK GAAP, IFRS, and intermediate Excel skills.

Manages day-to-day relationships with private equity and other fund clients, reviews financial statements and fund accounting activities, oversees investor drawdowns and distributions, and coordinates timely client deliverables. The role also ensures compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, legal documentation, and LPAs while resolving issues, mentoring team members, improving processes, and supporting accurate financial reporting.
