Salary from: £57,800 per annum (DOE and location) plus 10% Bonus

As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the technology platforms that support our services. Your work will help ensure our systems are reliable, secure and scalable, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality care and support to customers.
You’ll work with modern cloud technologies and collaborate with teams across engineering, security and operations. This is an opportunity to shape how we build and run our platforms, while developing your skills in a supportive and purpose-led environment.
How you’ll help us make health happen
As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you will:
Design, build and maintain cloud-based platforms and infrastructure
Support the reliability, performance and security of systems
Develop automated processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Work closely with engineering teams to enable smooth delivery of applications
Monitor systems and respond to issues to ensure service continuity
Contribute to continuous improvement of platform capabilities
Ensure solutions align with best practice and internal standards
Share knowledge and support colleagues within the team
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer who:
Has experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS or GCP)
Demonstrates strong knowledge of infrastructure, automation and platform engineering
Is confident working with tools for monitoring, deployment and configuration
Has experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell or similar)
Understands security, reliability and performance considerations
Works well collaboratively and communicates clearly
Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
