The opportunity
As a part of the team your key responsibility would be to grow Unity’s presence in the market and to leverage your industry expertise and vast network to build stronger and new partnerships with mobile developers (both demand and supply) and local players in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close revenue generating partnerships. Initiate and develop new strategic relationships with leading app developers
  • Build, track, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Represent Unity with our local partners and grow Unity products suite adoption in the market.
  • Increasing Unity brand awareness in collaboration with global Marketing teams.
  • Work collaboratively with international teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
  • Lead events and conferences

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the mobile ecosystem and minimum of 2 years’ experience in the mobile online advertising/media industry, with focus on sales and partnerships
  • Proven track record of developing relationships with clients and closing deals with mobile companies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication (oral and written), and analytical skills and a consultative approach to client needs
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Strong prioritization skills
