Working closely with the Brand Heat Lead, this role brings pace, structure and attention to detail across Brand Heat workstreams. It helps ensure ideas move from signal to brief to activation quickly, while staying true to the ASOS brand.

Why this role matters

Brand Heat relies on speed, judgement and excellent execution. This role helps the team act on the right opportunities quickly, coordinate the moving parts and keep projects progressing across teams and partners.

The Senior Brand Heat Executive is a key connector across brand, social, talent, PR, creative and commercial teams, helping make sure Brand Heat work feels joined up, culturally relevant and ready for the platforms where audiences discover fashion.

What you will be responsible for:

Project coordination

• Support the planning and delivery of Brand Heat activity across cultural moments, talent-led ideas, collaborations, reactive opportunities and social-first activations.

• Keep timelines, actions, owners and dependencies clear so projects can move at pace.

Cultural monitoring

• Track relevant fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, creator and internet culture signals.

• Share concise updates on opportunities, competitor activity and emerging conversations the brand should consider.

Brief and activation support

• Help prepare briefs, decks, status updates, project plans and launch materials.

• Support the translation of ideas into clear actions for Creative, Social, Talent, PR, Commercial and agency partners.

Reactive delivery

• Support reactive and real-time activity by coordinating approvals, assets, copy, product information, stakeholders and launch requirements.

• Help the team move quickly without losing quality or brand judgement.

Talent and creator support

• Work with Talent and Social teams to support creator-led and talent-led activations.

• Coordinate briefing inputs, logistics, content needs, product information and performance follow-up.

Cross-functional working

• Act as a day-to-day connector across internal teams and external partners.

• Keep communication clear, follow up on actions and make sure stakeholders have the information needed to deliver.

Reporting and learning

• Gather performance results, social insights, earned coverage, engagement signals and key learnings from Brand Heat activity.

• Turn these into simple summaries and recommendations for the Brand Heat Lead and wider team.

Team operations

• Maintain trackers, calendars, action logs, inspiration banks and project folders.

• Ensure the Brand Heat team has a clear view of live work, future opportunities and key decisions.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in brand marketing, social, talent, influencer, PR, partnerships, content or project coordination, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, entertainment or digital-first brands.
  • Strong interest in fashion, social platforms, creators, internet culture and cultural moments.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Confident creating clear documents, decks, trackers, briefs and status updates.
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good creative judgement and an instinct for what feels culturally relevant, platform-native and brand appropriate.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders and keep projects moving.
  • Comfortable using performance data, social reporting and cultural insight to support recommendations.
  • Able to balance creativity with operational discipline, especially when timelines are tight.

What success looks like

  • Brand Heat projects are well organised, with clear actions, timings, owners and follow-up.
  • The team has a strong view of relevant cultural signals, competitor activity and potential opportunities.
  • Reactive activity moves quickly, with the right information, assets and approvals in place.
  • Talent, Social, PR, Creative and Commercial stakeholders feel informed and aligned.
  • Performance and learnings are captured clearly and fed back into future activity.
  • Brand Heat work feels culturally relevant, distinctive and connected to the ASOS brand platform.
