Design and build Azure-based AI platform capabilities for agentic AI. Create standards, templates and reference implementations for LLMs and agents, ensure secure model access, observability, LLMOps, CI/CD, governance, and reliable production operation.

Design and industrialise production-grade LLM systems and reusable AI platforms on Azure. Build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, orchestration, evaluation and observability frameworks, and safety guardrails. Optimize for performance, cost and reliability while enabling horizontal reuse across squads and embedding AI risk controls.

Lead technical direction and architecture across multiple teams for ASOS customer-facing apps and web. Define standards, resolve cross-team dependencies, champion experimentation and A/B testing, improve engineering practices, coach senior technical leaders, and represent engineering in senior stakeholder discussions to balance delivery speed with long-term platform sustainability.

Lead and own commercial trading performance for assigned market(s), using data, AI-enabled tools and commercial judgement to drive revenue, margin and conversion. Diagnose performance, forecast and scenario plan, design test-and-learn strategies across pricing, promotions and product, partner with cross-functional teams, and track delivery to achieve profitable growth.
