Senior Account Executive, Germany and DACH
This is not a role for someone still finding their feet. We're looking for a Senior AE who has been in the trenches, knows how enterprise deals work in the German market, and can walk into a room with a C-suite and own it, in German and in English. Searchable is at a pivotal moment, the market is moving fast, the product is strong, and we need someone who can go and close the deals that matter most across the German market. If you've done it before and want to do it somewhere that will actually reward you for it, you’ll be a great fit.
About the Role
Own mid-tier & enterprise new business across the German market from first touch to closed won
Be the senior commercial voice in the room with German VP and C-suite buyers
Build and execute strategic account plans for your top target accounts in Germany
Work closely with SDRs and the Head of GTM in London to align on pipeline strategy and prioritisation
Play a key role in shaping how Searchable enters and scales in the German market, your experience and network will directly influence how we build the function
About You
We need someone who has been here before. Someone who:
Has closed complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in Germany and knows every stage of the process inside out
Hunts relentlessly, you don't wait for pipeline to appear, you go and build it
Has a strong existing network across German enterprise, you know the market, you know the players, and you know how to open doors others can't. You'll leverage those relationships from day one to build pipeline fast
Sells with authority, you understand German enterprise buyers deeply and know how to navigate procurement, legal, and C-suite.
Thinks strategically, you map accounts thoroughly, identify the right entry points, and build a plan before you pick up the phone
Leads with insight and value, enterprise buyers don't want a demo, they want a point of view. You bring one
Handles objections with confidence and knows when to push and when to step back
Fluent German speaker, you can run the full sales cycle, negotiate commercially, and hold a boardroom conversation entirely in German
Brings the commercial instincts of someone who has carried a serious number and delivered
What You'll Do
Build and close a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across key verticals in Germany
Run high stakes discovery, demo, and commercial conversations with senior decision makers
Own account mapping and multi-threading across complex buying groups
Develop and execute strategic account plans for your top target accounts
Work alongside SDR’s and marketing team to align on outbound strategy and ICP targeting
Apply rigorous qualification frameworks to keep the pipeline sharp and forecast accurate
Bring market and deal insight back into the GTM and product teams
Set the standard for how Searchable enters and wins in the German market

You've carried a big number and hit it You know what it takes to close Mid Market & enterprise deals in Germany. You've done it consistently, you know where deals die, and you know how to stop it happening.
You're a strategic hunter You think before you dial. You map accounts, identify the right stakeholders, build a thesis, and then go after it with everything you've got.
You sell with a point of view You don't just demo the product, you bring insight, challenge thinking, and make the prospect feel like they'd be making a mistake not to move forward.
You know the market inside out You've spent years building relationships across German enterprise and you know exactly who to call. You don't need to build a network from scratch, you already have one worth activating.
You're hungry and humble You want to win, you want to grow, and you're willing to do the work that most people skip. We operate on a 996 schedule, 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week. This isn't for everyone, and that's fine. But if you want to be part of building something significant and be rewarded properly for it, this is the place.
Requirements
Proven track record closing mid market & enterprise SaaS deals within the German market
Strong existing network across German enterprise that you can activate immediately
Experience navigating German enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder structures, and commercial negotiations at a senior level
Strong strategic thinking and account planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English
Comfortable operating independently in a fast moving, early stage environment
Strong Signals
Experience in AI, martech, SEO, or digital visibility products
Sold into marketing, brand, or digital transformation functions in Germany
Built pipeline from scratch using your own network rather than relying purely on inbound
Experience navigating procurement and legal in German enterprise deals
Played a role in shaping sales process or methodology at a previous company
Location
This role can be based in Germany or London. If you're Germany based, we'll bring you to London regularly to onboard, align with the wider team, and get fully up to speed before you go and build the market out. We're flexible on where you sit, we're not flexible on the results.
