Responsible for driving mid-tier and enterprise business in the German market, build strategic account plans, and close deals by leveraging an existing network and strong negotiation skills in both German and English.

Own top-of-funnel outbound and inbound prospecting for enterprise and mid-market accounts: hunt, qualify, and book meetings; build and iterate multi-channel sequences and campaigns; apply qualification frameworks; partner with marketing; use data to track performance and refine playbooks.

Lead full-funnel B2B marketing to build awareness for AI Search Optimisation: create category education and thought leadership, run demand-generation campaigns, own events and community, drive product positioning and founder-led marketing, enable sales, and measure/optimize funnel metrics to generate pipeline and revenue.

Lead the development of a partner ecosystem for Searchable, targeting agencies and brands. Responsibilities include deal structuring, partner activation, and revenue tracking, with a focus on developing a new partnership program from scratch.
