About Searchable

Searchable is an agentic marketing platform built for the age of AI search. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews have transformed how people discover information. Brands now need to measure and optimise their visibility across all of the major AI search engines.

We help companies grow their organic presence across SEO, AEO, and GEO through a fully agentic platform that identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and automates improvements with Searchable’s AI agent. We’re at $5M ARR in just 10 months, backed by top angels and VCs, and building the team that will define the category.

We’re office-based five days a week near London Bridge. If you thrive in a startup culture where people put in hours because they love solving hard problems and taking radical ownership, you'll fit right in.

About the role

As an Account Executive focused on mid-market agencies, you will own the full sales cycle with independent and boutique digital, SEO, performance, PR, content and creative agencies.

These are agencies where the founder, MD or Head of SEO often makes the call, deals move in weeks rather than quarters, and the right platform can quickly become part of how the agency sells and delivers. You'll help them understand how AI search is changing discovery for their clients, and how Searchable can become a new service line, a reason to win pitches and a way to keep clients longer.

This is a high-velocity, early GTM role for someone who loves building pipeline, running a tight process and closing a high volume of new logos. You'll work closely with the founders, marketing, customer success, product and partnerships to sharpen our agency positioning, build repeatable playbooks and turn early agency demand into a scalable growth engine.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle for mid-market agencies, from outbound prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation and close.

  • Build a consistent pipeline through outbound, referrals, community and inbound, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.

  • Run efficient sales cycles with founders, managing directors, and heads of SEO, content, PR and growth, often closing with one or two key decision makers.

  • Help agencies package AI search visibility as a service: what to sell, how to price it and how to report on it for their clients.

  • Position Searchable as the platform that helps agencies measure AI search visibility, uncover client opportunities, benchmark competitors and prove ROI.

  • Land agencies with an initial set of clients and set up a clear path to expand across their wider client roster.

  • Partner with customer success so new agency customers launch quickly and see value across their first clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing on agency-specific messaging, webinars, case studies and outbound campaigns built for volume.

  • Feed market insight back into product, helping shape agency workflows, multi-client reporting and packaging.

  • Help define the mid-market agency motion, including ICP, qualification criteria, sales stages, pricing feedback and expansion playbooks.

Who you are
  • A proven B2B SaaS seller with experience closing deals with agencies, marketing teams or SEO teams at pace.

  • You understand how smaller and mid-sized agencies work: lean teams, retainer economics, constant new business pressure and a need to differentiate.

  • You are comfortable selling an emerging category and can turn new technology into a clear commercial story an agency owner gets in one conversation.

  • You have strong outbound instincts and enjoy building pipeline from scratch, not just working inbound.

  • You run a disciplined, high-volume process. You qualify hard, move deals forward quickly and know when to walk away.

  • You are consultative and commercially sharp. You can diagnose an agency's business and show how Searchable helps them grow revenue, retain clients and stand out.

  • You are entrepreneurial and excited to help build the sales motion, not simply inherit one.

  • You care about the future of search, AI and how brands will be discovered as people increasingly ask AI systems for answers.

What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with ownership of full-cycle closing.

  • Experience selling to agencies, SEO teams, digital marketing teams, PR teams or martech buyers in SMB or mid-market.

  • A strong track record of hitting or exceeding a new business quota with a high volume of deals.

  • Creative prospecting skills and the ability to build pipeline consistently.

  • Strong discovery, demo, negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where speed, iteration and ownership matter.

  • Interest in AI search, SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, analytics or the future of brand discovery.

Nice to have
  • Existing relationships across independent SEO, digital, performance, PR or content agencies.

  • Experience selling SEO, content, martech, analytics, social listening, PR tech or competitive intelligence tools.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Similarweb.

  • Experience helping agencies package new services or build recurring revenue around emerging technology.
