Position Overview:  

The Commercial Operations Specialist is an entry-level role that supports the day-to-day operations health, and adoption of our technology stack. This role will help ensure tools like Outreach, Gong, and Common Room operate smoothly for the field. You will play a critical role in frontline support, systems governance, and data quality across the GTM technology ecosystem.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with go-to-market teams, and building hands-on expertise across modern sales technology and revenue operations. 

This role operates on a hybrid model, with an expectation of 50% office-based work. This opportunity is open to candidates based in London (UK), Galway (Ireland) or Vancouver (Canada).

Key Responsibilities  
  • Support the daily operations of Diligent's sales engagement and orchestration stack, ensuring systems run smoothly for the field. 
  • Manage frontline troubleshooting and support requests, including access, permissions, configuration questions, and basic tool issues. 
  • Assist with tool administration and governance tasks, ensuring consistent setup, clean workflows, and strong user experience. 
  • Monitor integration health and data flows across GTM systems, escalating issues and supporting ongoing optimization. 
  • Help maintain data quality and enrichment processes, including routine audits, QA checks, and documentation of key workflows. 
  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Business Applications to support adoption, improve workflows, and track impact through usage and pipeline metrics. 
  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of sales systems. 

Required Experience/Skills  
  • 1-3 year’s work experience in a results-driven business role, preferably in Operations, Support or Customer Success 
  • Familiarity with modern sales and GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. 
  • 1-3 years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented and operationally strong, with comfort working in support queues, troubleshooting issues, and managing repeatable/optimizing processes
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users
  • A learning mindset and desire to grow into deeper ownership across GTM systems and automation over time.

  • Sales reps receive fast, reliable support and a seamless experience across tools
  • Core systems remain clean, governed, and well-documented as the stack scales
  • The GTM technology team can scale impact through better systems health
  • Adoption of GTM tools improves through strong operational support
