As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build complex backend services and APIs using Node.js and TypeScript, contribute to design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and enhance service reliability and engineering quality.

Owns end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Diligent Boards, including positioning, messaging, launches, market intelligence, sales enablement, pricing, packaging, and adoption. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership to translate complex SaaS, AI, data, and integration capabilities into customer value. Leads customer research, competitive analysis, AI product marketing, commercial execution, and KPI-driven optimization across SMB and mid-market segments.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Stewardship Intelligence, a governance and capital-markets data product. Manage Product Management and Research teams, improve dataset quality and coverage, scale research operations through automation and AI, and partner with Engineering, UX, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Translate institutional investor and corporate issuer needs into product priorities, launches, data services, and ongoing improvements.
