We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales GTM Lead within the Content Supply Chain team!
Our Digital Experience suite of products is market leading in the Enterprise Digital Marketing space, and we have had terrific success globally with major brands. Our growth targets are ambitious, and we need successful professionals who have deep Customer Experience solutions expertise and a business experience to drive the Western Sales Go-To-Market toward solutions.
What you'll Do
- Go-To-Market - Adapt generic GTM from Corp. (Sales Plays) to local market needs (Industry-Led and Solution-led) with Country Leaders and Solutions Sales Specialists FLM. Define priorities across EMEA, fine tuning at local level in the UK to support local FLMs.
- Pipeline Level – Track 4RQ pipeline coverage. Inspect across all countries to make sure solutions have the right coverage (Volume x3 / Maturity x1.5). Work with local Solutions Sales Specialists FLM on plans to address gaps. Facilitate coordination with internal and external parties (Partners and Marketing) to ensure complete pipeline generation
- Field Readiness – Develop plans with FLMs (AE, SS, ISR,…) and EMEA Sales Enablement to provide relevant solution-knowledge to sales representatives
- Cornerstone with BU – Build intelligence on Content Supply Chain solutions with competitive information and market specific trends and collecting use cases. Feed BU on asks from fields, facilitator on selecting key deals for exception with International Product Marketing Leader
- Business Hands-on – Involved in accounts and key deals to support business development and conclusions whenever needed
- Thought Leadership – Extend BU leadership being the local authority on UK markets in alignment with FLMs
What you need to succeed
- Significant experience in an enterprise level software sales organisation or system integrator
- Validated knowledge in the Solution(s) - AEM and Workfront, Adobe or competition a plus
- Ideally experience gained from within a SaaS environment
- Experience as a Marketing Product Manager is a plus
- Shown success in working in a highly matrixed organisation
- Excellent networking ability
- Able to maintain a high level of efficiency and work efficiently in a fast-paced, reciprocal and team-oriented environment
- Ambitious and focused
- Creativity, Integrity and authenticity
- Outstanding interpersonal, time management, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written including fluent English
