We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Enablement Specialist to support and develop our global Sales teams.  Someone who has a proven history of implementing innovative sales improvement strategies, a passion for leveraging data, and thrives in an environment where teamwork and cross-functional collaboration are paramount.  This is a newly-created role responsible for developing and executing a strategy to enhance our Global Sales team performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Enhance and develop the Global Sales teams across catapult 
  • Transition the Global Sales Methodology to focus more on Solutions selling.
  • Design and deliver high impact sales development program, that addresses the needs of sales teams at all levels
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation (eg Product and Marketing) to produce industry leading sales collateral
  • Engage with external Sales training providers and source appropriate training courses and options regionally.
  • Identify key sales metrics, define and measure the sales process to develop benchmarks for tangible growth.
  • Develop and implement a digital sales enablement strategy, leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Software and SaaS technology.
  • Excellent presentation and technical writing skills.
  • A proven track record of driving and developing Sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and to drive the sales process.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to internal stakeholders and mid/senior management as well as C-level executives. 
  • Capability to build strong and productive relationships within a Global Sales team.
  • Demonstrable experience of sales enablement and empowering the sales team.
  • Management experience is a bonus but you must have demonstrable experience of influencing others.
