Lead development of RaceWatch motorsport software, design and prioritise features with product and customers, mentor engineers, deliver high-quality, reusable code, ensure reliability, and support live motorsport events.

Design, train, and deploy computer vision models and classical CV pipelines from raw video ingestion to production inference. Build geometric vision solutions (camera calibration, homography), optimize inference (TensorRT/ONNX Runtime), containerize Python microservices (Docker), support cross-platform desktop integration via ONNX Runtime C++ APIs, and develop automated data-curation pipelines to version and pre-label high-throughput datasets.

Lead development of computer vision and real-time tracking systems for camera-based sports products: train and optimize neural networks for edge inference, extend tracking and motion-recognition pipelines, own reliability and quality metrics, and analyze data to drive improvements across the perception stack.

Drive sales growth for sports technology products across North Africa and the Middle East. Build relationships with professional sports organizations, qualify prospects, manage sales pipelines, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate proposals, close enterprise deals, maintain accurate sales records, execute regional marketing programs, and represent the brand at conferences and events. The role requires a strong professional sports network, particularly in football, and fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
