With our cloud/SaaS solution, we digitize meeting management and thus facilitate the decision-making processes of management bodies throughout Europe. Our in-house developed system transforms meetings from time wasters into value creators. Our customers include well-known medium-sized to large companies from all industries, such as Axpo, Emmi, Esprit, Swisscom and Swiss-Re, and many more.
Are you an open-minded person who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and enjoys working in an international team of passionate sales experts? Then this position could be just right for you! As Sales Enablement Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in equipping our sales team with training, resources, and strategies essential for both customer acquisition and retention. 

Your area of responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a variety of high-quality, engaging sales collateral, including presentations, call scripts, case studies, and competitive intelligence resources.
  • Serve as the primary expert and resource for sales team members, offering consultation on sales calls, discovery meetings, product demos, and pitches.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs to speed up new sales team members' ramp-up, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to succeed quickly.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, working closely with sales leadership to create and roll out initiatives that enhance team productivity, effectiveness, and overall sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing support to align messaging, processes, and sales tactics across the sales team.
