We’re seeking a talented RF Design Engineer with expertise in CMOS IC design and a passion for solving complex challenges across sub-GHz to 2.4GHz bands. What You’ll Do
- Design, simulate, and optimize RF blocks (approx. 70%)
- Conduct measurements and performance characterization of radio circuits (approx. 20%)
- Provide ATE support and regulatory compliance assessment (approx. 10%)
- Develop and optimize matching networks to ensure robust, compliant designs
(Percentages vary depending on project phase.)
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Electronics Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry (7+ years with a PhD preferred)
- Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following:
- LNAs, mixers, filters
- Power amplifiers (sub-GHz or 2.4GHz)
- Matching network design for Rx/Tx
- Analog support blocks
- Experience with EM simulation tools (HFSS, EMX) is highly valued
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
