Votre apprentissage : 

Nous offrons une formation complète et polyvalente avec l’accent sur la chimie analytique dans un laboratoire de contrôle de qualité en milieu GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). En parallèle à la formation dans note entreprise, vous suivrez les cours théoriques auprès du CPLN (Centre Professionnelle du Littoral Neuchâtelois).  

 

Vous serez formé(e) sur les différentes techniques de laboratoire et sur l’utilisation de nos appareils au sein d’un environnement dynamique. Durant votre formation, vous évoluerez au cœur d’un parc analytique moderne de dernière technologie où vous contribuerez de manière active aux analyses de matières premières ainsi qu’aux produits finis en suivant de manière fidèle nos protocoles (majoritairement en anglais). A l’issue de votre formation, vous serez à même de travailler dans la plupart des laboratoires de recherche, de diagnostic, de contrôle de qualité ou de production. 

 

Votre profil : 

Vous êtes de nature curieuse, vous appréciez le travail précis et vous avez un esprit logique et méthodique. Au bénéfice d’une bonne dextérité et d’un très bon sens pratique, vous avez la capacité à vous intégrer au sein d’une équipe motivée et active tout en sachant travailler de façon autonome.  

 

Votre scolarité obligatoire est réussie avec succès et vous avez le niveau scolaire pour entrer au Lycée 

 

Vous possédez une parfaite maîtrise du français avec de bonnes connaissances de base en anglais.  

 

Vous avez passé le Test d’Aptitude pour l’apprentissage de laborantin(e) en chimie organisé par le canton de Neuchâtel (Inscription pour l’examen du 28 janvier 2026 auprès de l’Association Neuchâteloise pour la Chimie (ANchime ; https://anchimie.ch) section CALC ou des OCOSP régionaux).
