The Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to students and academic staff, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent service throughout the student journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that full, accurate and accessible records are kept in relation to all student administration, liaising with other departments as necessary.
- Participate in student record processes and tasks including the updating of the school’s management system (Unit-E) in the following areas: student progress, withdrawals, suspensions, transfers, appeals.
- Handle certificates – recording, tracking, and release to students.
- Provide administrative support for appeals, disciplinary and other Registry-related investigations as required.
- Assist other sections of the Registry as directed by the Line Manager.
- Undertake other tasks as and when required.
Desirable
- Previous experience in an academic administrative role.
- A sound understanding of educational processes and procedures.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
