Recruitment Coordinator – Drive a Greener Future with the @One Alliance
Location: Peterborough/Hybrid

Who are we?

We’re the @one Alliance – a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.

As we prepare for AMP8, our most ambitious period yet, we’ll be delivering an even broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects – from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.

Why join us?

Join a progressive alliance where you’ll play a meaningful role in delivering a high-quality, candidate focused recruitment experience. Acting as a key point of contact to deliver efficiency in the end-to-end recruitment process, you’ll not only provide essential administrative support, but gain an understanding of in-house recruitment in a dynamic and fast-paced alliance environment.

As you develop into the role, there’s real opportunity to broaden your remit beyond core administration into wider recruitment activity.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Interview scheduling: Efficiently arrange interviews by collaborating with our partner organisations, candidates and hiring managers
  • Team support- Assist the Recruitment Advisors in tasks such as raising requisitions, drafting job adverts, engaging with hiring managers and arranging meetings to provide the best service possible.
  • Continuous improvement- Assess, understand, propose and implement opportunities in all areas of our processes to improve how we operate.
  • Customer service- Always ensure candidate and hiring manager experience is at the forefront of all we do.
  • Enhanced administrative support- Undertake a wide range of administrative duties such as updating systems, processing contract administration and assisting in producing reports and analysis to add-value to our processes whilst remaining GDPR compliant.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and schedule a high volume of interviews or meetings.
  • Strong administrative capability with confidence using MS Office and recruitment or business platforms.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.
  • Previous experience in agency or in-house recruitment team is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong customer focus with the enthusiasm to support an efficient, high-quality recruitment service.

Our vision and values:

The @One Alliance is more than just a delivery organisation—it’s a movement. We’re a collaborative team committed to driving change and delivering sustainable outcomes for our communities. Our vision is to help Anglian Water achieve Net Zero operational carbon by 2030, while creating climate-resilient assets that will benefit future generations.

We live by our values:
