Maven's Emerging Talent Team is responsible for the attraction, selection and retention of our apprentice, intern and graduate programmes across our London, Chicago and Amsterdam offices. Our vision is to support everyone to reach their potential.
We are seeking a Coordinator to join the Emerging Talent Team and support the growth of our programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an interest in Recruitment who would like to gain experience in the Finance Industry. This is an entry-level position.
Start date: ASAP
Role Specifications:
- Lead the administration of our annual Emerging Talent recruitment processes, including graduate and intern hiring
- Support the team with the delivery and execution of our training programmes
- Represent Maven at careers events and information sessions, acting as a positive ambassador for the company
- Coordinate interview and assessment days, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance our candidate journey
- Collect, organise, and analyse data using Excel to support departmental reporting
- Prepare data summaries and present key insights to support decision-making
Candidate Specifications:
- This is an entry-level position
- Enthusiastic about Emerging Talent and early career development
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Personable, professional and tactful, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Excel highly preferred
