Wheely is not a traditional ride-hailing company. We are building a platform with user privacy at its core while successfully scaling a five-star service to millions of rides across multiple cities.

It's an exciting period for Wheely. We are actively growing and expanding into new markets, and we are searching for a skilled Generalist Recruiter for our Nicosia office to support this. You'll be working with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. Your scope will cover the complete talent acquisition process. What the job involves
  • Full-cycle recruitment for product management and go-to-market roles across all our locations (UK, EMEA, US)
  • Working with a high level of autonomy
  • Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
  • Participating in marketing and PR activities aimed at improving the HR brand
Requirements
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment: scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or a well-known recruitment agency serving any of the above industries
  • Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated
  • No specific industry knowledge is required, although we tend to favor candidates with a more diversified background (e.g., working with a large variety of roles, sectors, geographies)
  • Great communication skills and a client-centered approach
  • Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
  • Fluent English

  • This is an office-based role located in Nicosia. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
