Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and meeting minutes to ensure every phase is accurately documented and easy to access.
- Organise and manage project files, technical manuals, and service reports, keeping all documentation current and ready for the team.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine project enquiries, relaying timely updates between field technicians, supply chain teams, and project managers.
- Support the generation of project progress reports, including material delivery tracking and data entry for budget monitoring.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items to keep commitments on track.
- Help verify that project-related safety documents and site access requirements are completed correctly and on time.

You are an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping teams connected and projects moving — someone who is ready to grow their project management skills in a technical, fast-paced environment.
Required
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Some experience in project coordination, administration, or a support role in an industrial or technical environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with diverse team members.
Preferred
- Experience with scheduling or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
- Familiarity with project management methods such as Gantt charts or critical path analysis.
- An interest in the energy industry and sustainability.
A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
