Responsibilities include transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, deal-model analysis, tax-risk assessment, transactional documentation, transfer pricing, withholding tax, repatriation planning, and monitoring BEPS Pillar Two and OECD developments. The role partners with finance, treasury, deal teams, internal tax colleagues, and external advisors while supervising tax engagements and driving cross-functional initiatives.
