Lead enterprise commercial operations excellence across GE Vernova business units. Design and govern standardized processes, conduct value stream mapping, develop lean roadmaps and standard work, improve commercial execution, and drive change management. Partner with commercial, legal, strategic account, project controls, and sales enablement leaders to streamline agreements, coordinate cross-business opportunities, govern enabling platforms, and improve customer outcomes. Establish enterprise governance and accountability mechanisms while applying pricing and pricing analytics expertise.

Lead international and U.S. tax planning for renewable energy, power generation, and grid infrastructure investments. Responsibilities include transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, deal-model analysis, tax-risk assessment, transactional documentation, transfer pricing, withholding tax, repatriation planning, and monitoring BEPS Pillar Two and OECD developments. The role partners with finance, treasury, deal teams, internal tax colleagues, and external advisors while supervising tax engagements and driving cross-functional initiatives.
