Flexjet is seeking a Recruitment & Project Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects and events, and delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders. Supporting the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in recruitment coordination, onboarding, Early Careers initiatives, process improvement projects, and day-to-day administration. Whether you already have recruitment experience or are looking to bring your transferable skills from an administration, events, hospitality, or customer service background, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, assessments, and maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of recruitment events, careers fairs, assessment centres, and Early Careers initiatives, coordinating logistics and materials as required.
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process enhancements, policy updates, and the effective management of Early Careers partnerships.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, accurate, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Support onboarding and induction activities, including arranging system access, equipment requests, induction schedules, and responding to new starter queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners, providing an exceptional experience and ensuring timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the offer process, including preparing and issuing contracts and assist with onboarding activities including tracking pre-employment documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new starters.
  • Maintain recruitment systems and support reporting activities, ensuring data integrity and producing accurate recruitment metrics where required.

Requirements:

  • Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential; candidates from administration, events, hospitality, customer service, or coordination backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and processes accurately.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and records are maintained accurately.
  • Experience coordinating events, schedules, meetings, or other activities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively
  • Proactive and dependable, with a strong track record of following up on actions and seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Adaptable and solutions-focused, willing to go the extra mile to deliver a great experience and support team success.
