Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for European hires, partner with HR leadership, support hiring managers, maintain HR systems and GDPR compliance, develop employer branding and recruitment metrics, and provide administrative HR support.

Serve as frontline contact for affluent clients, manage trip booking and scheduling, monitor day-of flight operations, communicate changes, coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, maintain contractual compliance, and deliver consistently exceptional customer service throughout the travel experience.

Drive outbound and inbound sales to build and manage a diverse client portfolio, maximize charter bookings and revenue, log activity in Salesforce, collaborate with Flexjet and internal teams, source aircraft, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting KPIs and targets.

Operate as First Officer on Sikorsky and Leonardo helicopters, supporting the Captain in safe flight operations, crew coordination, passenger handling, regulatory compliance, and administrative duties. Maintain medical fitness, professional conduct, complete line training, and assist with pre/post-flight tasks and occasional ground handling.

Lead and develop the Compliance Monitoring Function to ensure alignment with EASA and UK CAA. Design and manage audit programs (internal, subcontractor, third-party), oversee auditor allocation and findings closure, advise Accountable Managers on regulatory risks, support regulatory approvals and changes, and promote a strong safety and compliance culture across airworthiness and maintenance activities.

Lead and manage the Farnborough Flexjet lounge to deliver a premium private aviation guest experience. Oversee ambience, hospitality, staffing, SOPs, owner journey, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and opening readiness while maintaining brand standards and resolving operational issues.

Provide world-class, front-line customer service for Flexjet clientele and flight crews: greet and register guests, coordinate catering/transport/entertainment, liaise with operations, perform dispatch duties, maintain facilities and amenities, assist with emergency response, and support customer appreciation events. Must work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

Serve as frontline concierge for affluent clients, managing end-to-end trip booking and day-of operations, coordinating with operations and suppliers, handling inquiries and changes, providing proactive updates, quality control, and resolving client issues to ensure exceptional service.

Lead luxury aircraft sales by generating pipeline, engaging HNWI and corporate clients, collaborating with marketing and owner services, negotiating and closing high-value deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships with exceptional service.

Sell and market private flight services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers. Identify and qualify prospects, handle inbound leads, generate proposals and agreements, maintain CRM and forecasting, support new customers, partner with Sales Directors, and attend events to build relationships.

Support the Payroll & Benefits Manager to prepare and process monthly UK and EU payrolls. Verify and input employee changes, maintain records, run reports, respond to payroll queries, assist audits, and collaborate with HR and Finance.

Sell FXAIR private jet charters and memberships by proactively generating outbound business, converting inbound leads, managing charter bookings end-to-end, and building long-term client relationships while meeting revenue, margin, and referral KPIs. Collaborate with Flexjet, Client Service, and Revenue Management teams and log activity in Salesforce.

Serve as the central communications hub between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services to maintain real-time operational awareness, coordinate crew travel and accommodations, manage IROPS, perform quality checks, interpret operational data, and produce daily operational reports to ensure smooth flight execution.
