Investigate and respond to security incidents, serving as an escalation point for SOC events. Improve detection through alert tuning, monitoring use cases, and security analytics across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments. Support vulnerability management, hardening, playbook development, automation, vendor risk assessments, audits, and European aviation compliance including EASA Part-IS. Produce security metrics and communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders while participating in an on-call rotation.

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Europe, including role briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and networking, support employer branding and recruitment marketing, maintain ATS data and GDPR compliance, and analyze hiring metrics. Occasional travel within the UK and Europe is required.

Provides high-end customer service and manages private aviation trip planning, bookings, passenger documentation, catering, transportation, special requests, permits, and flight operations. Coordinates with internal teams and suppliers, monitors flights, communicates changes, resolves issues, performs quality control, and advocates for clients. The role also supports airport visits and complex trips while maintaining accurate records and exceeding client expectations.
