Coordinate and support Cabin Server training and hospitality training logistics worldwide. Maintain training records, schedule new hire and recurrent sessions, liaise with training providers, reconcile training invoices, prepare training facilities and supplies, assist with travel and documentation, and support Cabin Server leadership and trainers as needed.

Qualify and convert inbound sustainability leads for business aviation across Europe, manage CRM records, collaborate with marketing and programs, attend industry events, and act as subject-matter expert on sustainability and aviation policy to drive long-term client relationships.

Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS record-keeping, and onboarding. Support recruitment events, Early Careers initiatives, and TA projects. Provide administrative support, manage offers and pre-employment checks, maintain recruitment systems, and produce accurate metrics while building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
