Provides HR and employee relations guidance to managers and employees, supporting absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, conduct, wellbeing, investigations, and formal hearings. Maintains confidential case records, ensures compliant documentation and timely actions, advises on UK employment law and HR best practices, contributes to policy improvements, and supports broader engagement, wellbeing, learning, and development initiatives.

Develops and executes digital and content marketing strategies across Flexjet portfolio brands. Responsibilities include creating and localizing website, email, blog, social, print, and digital content; implementing SEO and GEO practices; optimizing websites; coordinating translations; supporting PR activations; collaborating with global teams; and using analytics to improve engagement, visibility, and customer experience.

Investigate and respond to security incidents, serving as an escalation point for SOC events. Improve detection through alert tuning, monitoring use cases, and security analytics across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments. Support vulnerability management, hardening, playbook development, automation, vendor risk assessments, audits, and European aviation compliance including EASA Part-IS. Produce security metrics and communicate risks to technical and business stakeholders while participating in an on-call rotation.
