Operate as First Officer on Flexjet aircraft for domestic and international flights, supporting the Captain, following SOPs, ensuring passenger safety and comfort, completing required training and administrative duties, and maintaining medical and regulatory compliance.

Control, store, and distribute aircraft parts ensuring compliance with Part-145 and airworthiness documentation. Manage goods receipt/dispatch, inventory accuracy, shelf-life control, quarantine non-compliant items, preserve parts per manufacturer/regulatory requirements, prepare shipments, and support audits and engineering to supply serviceable components.

Plan, optimise, and monitor helicopter flight schedules; provide real-time operational support to flight crews; coordinate aircraft availability, maintenance and MEL restrictions; manage permits, flight handling and stakeholder communications; support sales and client services with trip planning and flight suitability; handle day-of-flight logistics and customer updates; proactively manage disruptions and improve fleet utilisation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
