As a Project Coordinator within our Client Advisory Department, you’ll support the planning and delivery of electoral projects across a range of sectors - including membership, corporate, health and community organisations. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Consultants to coordinate logistics, liaise with clients, and ensure our projects are executed to the highest standard.

This is an ideal opportunity if you're starting out or looking to grow in project management or the elections field. You’ll be supported from day one and trained to progress from coordinating project tasks to managing your own portfolio of clients.

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple electoral projects from planning through to execution
  • Draft project specifications, timelines and documentation in line with client requirements and internal processes
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. production, design, digital) to align schedules, allocate resources, and meet milestones
  • Perform quality checks, attend client meetings, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with election law and Civica’s procedures around quality, data security, and business continuity

Requirements
  • Be an excellent communicator – confident in both written and verbal communication, and able to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
