What your typical day will look like

As the Program Manager, Transformation – APAC, you will lead a defined set of complex, interdependent projects to ensure the successful delivery of strategic transformation outcomes across the region. Core responsibilities include:

  • Defining and translating program vision into clear delivery objectives, governance frameworks and controls
  • Managing program budgets, risks, dependencies and performance across multiple workstreams
  • Engaging senior stakeholders and leading change communications to drive alignment, adoption and momentum

A bit about you

  • Proven experience across operating model redesign, process optimisation and operational excellence initiatives
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, collaborate and navigate matrixed environments
  • A resilient, “can-do” mindset with the ability to operate confidently through ambiguity and change

What’s in it for you

  • Real flexibility through our Be the Best You approach to work
  • The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our global sustainability initiative, One Day for Change
  • Career development and learning opportunities via dentsu University and global learning programs
  • The chance to be part of a global organisation committed to people-first transformation and meaningful impact

Working with us

Joining dentsu means joining a team committed to delivering career-defining work. You’ll collaborate with inspiring colleagues, work across a rich mix of cultures and experiences, and have genuine opportunities to shape your future.

Inclusion and Diversity

We’re proud to be different and that starts with our people. We believe in equal opportunities for everyone and won’t define people by race, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability. We encourage individuals to bring their full selves to work—because individuality is what makes us great.

If you’re passionate about transformation, thrive in complexity and want to help shape the future of dentsu across APAC, we’d love to hear from you.
