Responsibilities

What you’ll do 

 

  • Program Leadership: Lead the delivery of multi-project programs, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and driving strategic value.

  • Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic Oversight: Manage program interdependencies, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation plans to ensure program success.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across Digital, Creative, and Technology teams to integrate innovative solutions that meet client goals.

  • KPI Management: Monitor and report on program performance against established KPIs, ensuring measurable outcomes are achieved.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficiencies within program execution, optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

  • Innovation: Foster a culture of curiosity and exploration, identifying new opportunities for client growth and partnership expansion.

  • Ambassadorship: Represent iCrossing’s values and foundational principles in all client and internal interactions.

  • Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as required to support the success of the Delivery Solutions Framework Team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader with a proven ability to drive client success through program management. You should bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and client-centric focus to the role. Additionally, we’re seeking someone who demonstrates:

Core Skills:

  • A deep understanding of Digital, Creative, and Technology services, with proven experience in integrating solutions across these pillars.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Exemplary communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas in a clear and impactful way.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, building trust with both clients and internal teams.

  • Proactive risk management, with a track record of navigating challenges effectively.

  • Proven experience in program management, delivery solutions, or a similar field.

Additionally, the following could be beneficial:

 

  • A proven ability to manage multi-service programs with budgets exceeding £2M.

  • Experience in driving client satisfaction improvements and achieving >95% on-time delivery.

  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies for resource optimization and delivery tracking.
