What’s the role about?

We’re looking for a highly organised and hands-on Production Coordinator to join our studio team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end production of eCommerce and Creative shoots, helping to ensure productions are planned, scheduled and executed efficiently from pre-production through to final delivery.

Working closely with the Senior Producer, creative teams, external agencies and suppliers, you’ll coordinate schedules, talent, logistics and production administration, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly while supporting the delivery of high-quality creative content.

Who you are

  • A highly organised and detail-oriented individual with an interest in fashion, photography and creative production.
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic, with a strong understanding of creative production workflows and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities, balancing shoot schedules, logistics and production administration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate challenges, resolve issues and adapt quickly when priorities change.
  • A clear communicator who builds strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and freelance talent.
  • Calm and resilient under pressure, with a flexible, positive approach to support wherever needed.
  • Honest and accountable, with the confidence to speak up and learn from challenges.
  • Experience within fashion, photography or creative production is advantageous, along with existing industry contacts and familiarity with photography software such as Capture One.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Senior Producer with the planning and delivery of seasonal eCommerce and Creative shoot schedules, ensuring products are photographed in line with launch dates and business priorities.
  • Booking model, photographer, freelance crew and supplier for both studio and location shoots, negotiating rates, contracts and usage where required.
  • Coordinating weekly and monthly production schedules, identifying potential conflicts, resolving resource challenges and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Preparing call sheets, interpretating creative briefs and tracking budgets to ensure productions are delivered efficiently and within agreed spend.
  • Coordinating production logistics, including locations, props, equipment, couriers, travel and accommodation, ensuring everything is in place for successful shoot delivery.
  • Support the Head of Creative with casting new models and ensure that the studio remains organised and prepared for all productions.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of photographers, models, agencies, freelance crew, and other key suppliers.
  • Participating in daily production meetings, communicating schedule changes and providing flexible support across the wider Creative and Production teams to ensure the smooth delivery of all shoots.

What we’ll do for you

  • Competitive salary and company bonus.
  • Up to 65% employee discount.
  • Access to exclusive sample sales.
  • Health and wellbeing services.
  • Medicash health support plan.
  • Workplace pension contributions.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme via Octopus Energy.
  • Cycle to Work programme.
  • Season ticket travel loan.
  • Plus further workplace benefits.
