Summary:

SailGP are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the in-house content team based in our Kensington based, London office. The successful candidate will work with the Production Management team to provide production, logistical and administrative support on our Live broadcast of the SailGP events. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with organising shoots & international OBs (Outside Broadcast) for a remote production
  • Looking after all international & UK travel arrangements for crew and production team onsite including booking flights and accommodation for staff and crew. 
  • Travel management for SLT members 
  • Assisting onsite logistics & catering during event weeks including pre-event planning
  • Liaising with freelance crew and suppliers
  • Managing uniform inventory for both onsite & remote crews
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Assisting editorial team with post production paperwork

Experience:

The candidate must have experience in the following: 

  • Working in Live TV broadcast as a Production Coordinator, with onsite OB and remote production Gallery experience.
  • Crew booking and logistics coordination across international productions.
  • Confident in managing call sheets and creating risk assessments (to be overseen by the Production Team) for both OBs and shoots.
  • Working with small and large crews with a strong knowledge of how international OBs and remote gallery productions are managed.
  • Post production paperwork e.g Music Cue Sheets & transcribing.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to keep track of ever changing plans

About You:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace. Concur experience is beneficial. 
  • Ability to prioritise, comfortable working in a busy role across multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Prior experience working in a live sports 
  • An interest in sports production 
  • A desire to progress into a production management role
  • Comfortable working remotely

Please note: The role may involve international travel to events, weekend working and flexible working hours.

Location:

SailGP Office in London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office.
