What you'll do
- Build and maintain close relationships with the studio partners, styling teams and key internal stakeholders to support in the delivery of product imagery.
- Maintain the online studio tool by creating digital set lists and ensuring model styling information is accurate and clear for on set teams to deliver.
- Maintain multiple product trackers to execute campaigns and BAU photography shoots by working with the buying teams on sample management.
- Engage with buying teams seasonally to capture product innovations and features to ensure they are captured on set.
- Conduct Regular site-walks of the M&S website to identify and resolve image related issues and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Support Imagery Producers in managing the flow of samples and stock through the photography studio.
- Work with the retouch team to communicate any changes, amendments and additional output requests.
- Support team admin: i.e. content calendars, meetings and documentation.
- Work with the Imagery Producers to improve processes with our studio partner and business unit colleagues, to enable simpler ways of working.
Who you are
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver against multiple priorities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work at pace and meet deadlines.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in a variety of systems and digital tools, and proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of business priorities in relation to trading performance.
