About Hypervolt Limited

Hypervolt is one of the UK’s fastest-growing EV charging and home-energy technology companies. We design beautifully engineered chargers that combine advanced smart energy features with the premium experience expected of a modern consumer electronics brand. Our mission is simple: to make EV charging effortless, intuitive, and joyful.

We’re now seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to elevate Hypervolt’s external product perception, craft compelling consumer narratives, and drive product-led storytelling across all channels.

The Role

The Product Marketing Manager will own how Hypervolt’s products are positioned, communicated, and understood in the market. You’ll establish Hypervolt’s voice as a consumer electronics company, shape messaging across the full customer journey, and develop standout content that drives education, engagement, and conversion. You’ll work closely with Product, Brand, Performance Marketing, and E-commerce teams to launch products, craft campaigns, and champion customer insight.

This role is perfect for a storyteller who understands technology and knows how to turn features into benefits, and benefits into compelling content that people want to read, watch, and share.

Key Responsibilities1. Define Product Positioning & Consumer Messaging
  • Own and develop the external messaging for Hypervolt’s products, features, and app experience.
  • Position Hypervolt as a premium consumer electronics brand in EV and home energy.
  • Build narrative frameworks, value propositions, and messaging architectures that influence all touchpoints.
2. Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) for New Products & Features
  • Drive GTM strategy and execution for product launches.
  • Build launch briefs, align stakeholders, define target audiences, and produce messaging toolkits.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaigns, landing pages, and creative align to product positioning.
3. Build & Execute Product-Led Content Campaigns
  • Develop content campaigns (video, blog, social, email, long-form, guides) that highlight product benefits, new features, and lifestyle use cases.
  • Work with Creative to produce compelling storytelling assets that showcase product design, technology, and consumer value.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to ensure content supports acquisition, education, and conversion goals.
  • Own consumer education content such as:
    • Product explainers
    • Feature deep dives
    • Comparison guides
    • Buyer’s guides
    • Tech tutorials
    • Customer stories
4. Conduct Market, Competitor & Consumer Insight Research
  • Analyse competitor positioning, messaging, and marketing trends.
  • Run customer research (interviews, surveys, behavioural data) to inform positioning and product improvements.
  • Present insights that influence product roadmap and marketing creative.
5. Collaborate Deeply with Product, Design & Engineering
  • Translate technical product details into clear, consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Ensure product documentation, UX writing, and feature descriptions reflect consumer value, not technical jargon.
  • Provide Product with market-driven recommendations to shape roadmap and prioritisation.
6. Drive Perception & Brand Elevation
  • Ensure Hypervolt products are consistently communicated as premium, design-led, intuitive tech experiences.
  • Audit and evolve product pages, packaging copy, ads, and onboarding experiences.
  • Champion clarity, simplicity, and consumer-centric communication across the organisation.

About You
  • 4–7 years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in consumer electronics, smart home tech, IoT, EV/energy, or hardware.
  • Proven experience creating content-rich go-to-market campaigns with strong storytelling.
  • Exceptional writer; able to simplify complex technology into clear, emotional, benefit-led narratives.
  • Comfortable running competitor analysis, insight research, and market positioning exercises.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience alongside Product, Creative, and Growth teams.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple launches and content streams.
  • Passion for clean energy, electrification, and consumer technology.

Why Join Hypervolt?
  • Shape the product story and public perception of one of the UK’s most loved EV charging brands.
  • Lead narrative development and creative content initiatives with major consumer impact.
  • Work with an innovative, mission-driven team building the future of home energy tech.
  • Competitive compensation, hybrid flexibility, and rapid career growth opportunities.
