We’re looking for an action-oriented Product Marketing Manager who is excited to join a fast-growing company with a disruptive product and global impact. You’ll be part of our high-performing Product Marketing team, playing a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, product launches, and messaging — with a strong emphasis on content creation and storytelling

This role is ideal for someone who loves translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives and enjoys owning content end-to-end, from strategy to execution. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Own and execute key elements of Papaya’s product marketing and GTM strategy. 
  • Develop clear, persona-based messaging that communicates our value proposition and differentiates Papaya in the market. 
  • Lead product launches end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, and launch assets. 
  • Create high-quality written content across multiple formats, including: 
  • Website and landing page copy 
  • Product and solution pages 
  • Sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards) 
  • Product guides, blogs, and thought leadership content 
  • Manage and continuously optimize website and support site content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the latest messaging. 
  • Create and script product guide videos that clearly demonstrate product capabilities and customer value. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. 
  • Support digital campaigns, events, and other GTM initiatives with strong messaging and content. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product, FinTech, or a similar role. 
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics. 
  • Proven experience with persona-based messaging and positioning. 
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product marketing workflows, including content creation, video production, research, and messaging optimization. 
  • Familiarity with HCM, Payroll, Payments, or related B2B SaaS domains- big plus 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • High attention to detail and quality, paired with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. 
  • Confidence presenting ideas, messaging, and content to internal stakeholders. 
  • Native English
