About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the development and evolution of, marketing tooling, enabling scalable, data-driven marketing execution, and supporting the EME Product Marketing team in delivering against the global marketing roadmap.

This position sits at the intersection of AI enablement, digital optimization, and product marketing execution. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, personalization, and streamlined engagement by leveraging AI technologies such as machine learning, automation, predictive analytics, generative AI, and product analytics tools (e.g.  Pendo, Jasper) Partnering closely with Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Sales and Marketing, this role will position Marketing tooling and AI functionality as a central driver of marketing effectiveness—accelerating content production, enhancing targeting precision, and optimizing go-to-market campaigns across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Platform administration & BAU management; Support for teams using Marketing tools e.g. Jasper; Platform training, documentation and best practices; Ongoing operational support; Coordinating enhancements, demos & integrations;
  • Budget management (DBS); Access, roles, governance; Vendor relationship (Vender account team); Usage monitoring & value tracking; Platform governance & standards;
  • Review Marketing tools and AI development roadmaps to ensure the most relevant and up-to-date technology is considered for implementation in the Marketing technology estate.

Experience

  • Solid experience in Digital and Marketing Experience, B2B marketing, product marketing, or growth roles with a focus on AI-enabled marketing or analytics products;
  • Proven track record partnering with Product, Technology, Data and Analytics, and Sales to support Marketing activities;
  • Cross-functional leadership with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or a related field;
  • Solid data literacy; experience with AI-enabled marketing tools; comfort working with data sets;
  • Familiarity with Jasper (content generation), Braze (customer engagement), Pendo (product analytics); experience with Salesforce, Looker/Mode, Snowflake, Google Analytics, Amplitude or equivalent analytics stack; marketing automation platform experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and ability to translate data-driven insights into compelling marketing narratives; project management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives; governance and ethics awareness around AI use;
  • Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and bias monitoring; ability to collaborate with Legal/Compliance on AI content and targeting approvals.
