Join nPlan — build the cities of the future

We’re nPlan, a Series B startup backed by leading investors including GV (formerly Google Ventures) and DeepMind’s founder, Demis Hassabis. Our technology helps the world’s biggest construction projects make faster, more confident, data-driven decisions.

By combining one of the world’s largest datasets of project plans with advanced machine learning, we forecast project outcomes and reduce risk — reshaping how infrastructure gets built.
The Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will accelerate our content development and the communication of nPlan’s AI-powered forecasting and risk management technology to megaprojects globally.
You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and trust from day one, and be working with talented people who care deeply about our mission.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re excited to hear from people who bring curiosity, collaboration, and initiative.

For this role we are looking for:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, or product management experience.
  • You have a proven track record of launching and scaling B2B technology products, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven environments.
  • You have superior writing and communication skills, can write comprehensive product-market briefs (not just using ChatGPT), and have the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for technical audiences.
  • You grasp technical product details quickly and can articulate them to a non-technical audience, communicating business outcomes by adopting technology.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels, with proven results in generating demand for high-tech products.
  • You have experience creating content in many forms—sales collateral, presentations, landing pages, blogs, videos, webinars, and more.
  • You have experience developing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and sales enablement for AI or software products.
  • You have familiarity with data-driven marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Please mention the word 'crane' in your application

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join our Growth team to create compelling product-related content and communication to support our campaigns.
  • You’ll have the ability to earn up to £70-80,000 plus a generous equity package. So when nPlan succeeds, we all succeed together
  • Flexible working hours and locations (UK timezone), and Shoreditch-based office if you prefer.
  • Enhanced benefits package including uncapped holiday, private medical insurance, learning and development budget, enhanced family and sick leave policies, and more.

Our Culture

We’re a curious, diverse, and mission-driven team united by a belief that better data can change how the world builds.
We value openness, honesty, and diversity of thought — and believe the best ideas win, no matter where they come from.
Expect openness, collaboration, and balance — plus plenty of socials!

Application Process

Once you’ve applied, you will hear from us within a week.

Interview stages typically include:

  • A 30-minute intro chat
  • A role-specific interview or assignment
  • An interview focusing on our culture and values
  • A final stage to test collaboration with our team (on-site or remote)
  • We aim to complete the process within 3–4 weeks, but can move faster if necessary.
  • We want every candidate to have a positive experience — and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Accessibility & Inclusion

We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
If you need adjustments during the hiring process, please let us know.
