💡 Role DescriptionWe're looking for our first Product Marketing Lead to own how we position, message, and market Junior to the world's most sophisticated enterprise software buyers. You'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI product and the decision-makers at blue-chip consulting firms and private equity funds.
As our first Product Marketing hire, you'll have the opportunity to:
Drive product launch and feature release messaging: ensure new features reach their intended audience, educating our users about how to get maximum value from Junior
Build our content engine: create compelling case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials that showcase real ROI
Craft our go-to-market narrative - develop messaging that cuts through the AI noise and resonates with sophisticated buyers through deep understanding of customer segments, market, and decision-making personas ****
We're looking for a strategic product marketer with:
5+ years of B2B product marketing experience - preferably in enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, or professional services technology
Deep understanding of complex sales cycles - experience marketing to sophisticated buyers with 3-9 month decision processes and multiple stakeholders
Fluency with AI/LLM products - understands the technological shift we are undergoing and can craft compelling messaging on customer use cases
Tinkerer’s mindset: experiments heavily with LLMs + AI tools and can point to several examples of processes built / revamped with genAI
Content creation expertise - exceptional writing skills with experience creating everything from executive briefings to technical documentation
Cross-functional collaboration - proven ability to work closely with product, sales, and leadership in start-up environments
Industry curiosity - genuine interest in consulting, private equity, and investment research workflows (direct experience a plus but not required)
Executive presence - comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and representing Junior at industry events
An owner - thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can build processes from scratch
Advancement opportunities → exceptional performers will have to the opportunity to move into a Head of Product Marketing role and build out their own team
Top 1% traction: 10’xed revenue in 2025; won top firms in our core segment including MBB, Big 4, Top 5 mega-funds; bootstrapped and profitable
